Why did I start BLOGGING ?

What is a Blog?

Well I did not know about blog until I created one in my college for some reason which I don't remember now. But I know that - A blog is a platform where people can share their thoughts, views, experiences and other information about a topic.

I thought of starting my blog during the lockdown when I remembered that I too had created a blog and haven't used it and wanted to take my writings a step ahead.


I started writing in my school days when I was introduced to various types of writing. I practiced and started loving it. I was praised by my teacher for my writings and I have even won a Book Review competition in my Junior College. [I did not expect that]

Over the years I have practiced Journal writing and it helps a lot when you cannot understand what to do, get a clear idea of something, calms and relaxes your mind when you are feeling anxious.

I really like Writing. It is a way for me to remember how I spent some special occasion, or something unexpecting that happened or my views on a movie, book or web shows.

I have continued doing that and the best part for me is that it allows me to share my thoughts and point of views about without others judging it.

I started Blogging with a thought that I don not want it to be on a specific topic-only, food, only fitness. NO I wanted to keep it open. I will write about different topics-be it food, travel, design, some random topics available on Pinterest. 

I have seen Vlogs on YouTube and I want to do the same but I don't want to face the camera and keep talking throughout. So I kept it this way-Blogging.

So here I am with my blog-trying to be consistent and writing about interesting topics.

The Friendship Blueprint by Karim Padaniya is a book for young children to understand their true self and how to build true and lasting bonds with peers and close ones.  This book is written in a very simple and clear tone with interesting stories and examples. There are self reflective questions for the readers to enjoy the stories and to connect with their own self. Divided into 13chapters, each chapter addresses different topics which are important in the teenage years. A lot of advice on building good habits, managing your time with technology, handling peer pressure and all about your inner self and your passions is also talked in this book by the author. COVID-19

As the world is going through the major pandemic covid-19, many places are in lockdown mode! School, colleges, offices are also shut. It is a kind of curfew where people are supposed to stay at homes all the time and not come out. But have you noticed something? This has promoted family time in all the houses. Personally speaking, every night amidst the lockdown in city, my family is having a great time most importantly spending time together-playing different games everyday, listening to stories of the times when riots broke out in Mumbai and yes of course praying together for the betterment of the world. I even heard how people stayed wherever they were when the riots broke out in 1992. People even lost hope of their loved ones coming back home or meeting them again.
